Know why we love our bride Sadie's Michigan wedding? We mean, of course, besides the bride, herself, in a darling KITTYCHEN Couture gown... We're head-over-heels in love with the aqua and crimson color palette she chose for her big day! Against the urban backdrop of concrete and steel, the rich reds and ocean blues POP!

And, like we said, Sadie's gown is so stunning...it's fun, sweet, and glorious - much like the time we spent getting to know the bride.

We are currently recruiting TALENTED, PASSIONATE Sales Consultants to join our team! We are building a customer focused team dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer focused, experienced within the retail industry, and thrives in a competitive sales environment. Responsibilities 

• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events
• Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning

Qualifications

• Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Additional spoken languages are a plus!

THIS JUST IN: Crop Top Wedding Gown from Moonlight Bridal

We were pretty excited to unpack this new gown from Moonlight Bridal. Based on what we saw at the spring bridal markets, we're expecting to see several two-piece gowns this season.
