Don’t let yourself get stressed during your wedding!

The invitations, the flowers, the dress, the food, the venue, the music, the photographer – there seems to be an endless list of things a bride and her groom have to take care of before the Big Day. However, you should not allow stress to overshadow the importance and the beauty of this day. How to do this? How to make sure stress doesn’t get you? Here are some helpful tips:

· Create a plan and stick to it. There’s nothing to shout “stress” more than chaotic wedding planning. Of course, you have to be flexible with your wedding planning, but making a plan and trying to stick to it as much as possible is something you simply have to do if you want to keep yourself sane for the Big Day.

· Acknowledge the fact that accidents can happen. Be prepared for them and take the completely unexpected ones in a relaxed way. Remember, this is a very beautiful day in your life no matter how cold it is outside, no matter how your flower arrangements turned out and no matter how your wedding cake looks. Enjoy the moment, be creative to find solutions to situations that are completely unexpected and don’t forget to “accessorize” yourself with a huge smile!

· Hiring a wedding planner can help. Even if it’s just for the day-of. He/she has a lot of experience when it comes to planning weddings, so he/she will do everything possible to keep things under control. This will help you have a wedding that’s absolutely perfect without too much hassle from your behalf.

Keep your guests happy and full by following the wedding cuisine trends:

Nobody attends weddings with the sole purpose of eating – but food surely plays an important role regardless of how large or small you want your wedding to be. If you want your guests to be “happy and full”, make sure to read on and find out more about the latest wedding cuisine trends. Following them will be more than worth it!

·Comfort food. If you thought you have to break the bank to keep guests happy food-wise, you were probably wrong. Truth be told, most people are more than happy to be served with food that is simply delicious – and comfort food definitely makes no exception from this rule. And if you want your comfort food to be a bit more elegant, give it a “gourmet” twist. Everyone will love it, for sure!

· Miniature bites. This option will avoid making your guests feel “filled up” in a relatively short amount of time. Even more than that, there’s an almost limitless range of foods you can serve in “miniature style” – from mashed potatoes with meatloaf to smoked salmon with caviar.

· Food shows. Instead of simply serving your guests with the food, serve them with a food show as well. A dessert bar where a chef prepares flambé sweets or an Asian food station where guests can actually see their meals prepared “on the spot” can be a really nice addition to your wedding.

· Family dinners. If you plan on having a rustic/country wedding, a family-style dinner will be more than great for your Big Day. Allow your guests to stir up the conversation and pass the food around – they will just love the comfortable, informal feeling doing this gives them!

If you are still searching for the perfect wedding gown or tuxedo, do not hesitate to come and visit Suzanne’s Bridal Boutique. Some of the world’s most famous designers’ creations are present in our store – so you will definitely have plenty of options to choose from!
